Harness Care Instructions

Clean harnesses using mild soap and warm water. Gently scrub the webbing with a soft cloth or brush, then rinse thoroughly and allow the harnesses to air-dry completely.

Do not machine wash, pressure wash, bleach, dry-clean, or place the harnesses in a dryer. Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, and petroleum-based cleaners, as they may damage or weaken the webbing.

Regularly inspect the webbing, stitching, buckles, adjusters, mounting points, and hardware for cuts, fraying, corrosion, deformation, or excessive wear. Keep buckles and adjusters free of dirt, sand, and debris.

We recommend replacing harnesses every two years, or sooner if they show signs of damage, excessive wear, sun exposure, chemical exposure, or have been involved in a serious impact.

Store harnesses in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme heat when not in use.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

Orders are shipped by ground service through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and package size. A signature is not normally required.

Please use a delivery address with a safe, secure location for packages and make sure someone is available to receive the shipment when possible. Aces Racing is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.

Please inspect and locate your package promptly after delivery. Any missing, damaged, or delivery-related issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of the carrier’s delivery confirmation so we can assist with the claim process.
