Aces Racing Return & Refund Policy
At Aces Racing, we take pride in the quality of our products and work hard to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. Please review our return policy before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, products must:
• Be new, unused, and not installed
• Be returned in original packaging
• Include all hardware, brackets, and components
• Be free of damage, modification, or installation marks
Products that show signs of installation, use, drilling, or modification may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee or may be refused and returned to the customer.
Products returned missing parts or hardware may have the cost of replacement parts deducted from the refund.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged during transit:
• Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Email info@aces-racing.com with:

Photos of the product

Photos of the shipping box
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may prevent us from filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows the package delivered but you cannot locate it, you must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery scan.
Please email info@aces-racing.com with your order number.
Unfortunately, Aces Racing cannot assist with lost or missing packages reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
Seat Return Policy
Due to repeated issues with improper packaging and carrier oversize penalties, Aces Racing cannot provide return shipping labels for seats.
Customers returning seats must ship them back at their own expense using:
• UPS
• FedEx
• USPS
Important requirements:
• Seats must be returned in the original box
• All brackets must be removed before shipping
• Seats must be properly packaged to prevent damage
If seats are returned in a different box or improperly packaged and incur oversize or damage charges, those costs will be deducted from the refund.
Return Labels (Non-Seat Products)
For non-seat items, Aces Racing may provide a return label upon request.
The actual cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping Cost Deductions
Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an order originally included free shipping, the actual shipping cost paid by Aces Racing will be deducted from the refund.
Restocking Fees
A minimum 25% restocking fee may apply if:
• The product was installed or mounted
• The product was returned without original packaging
• The return is incomplete or missing parts
Products that cannot be resold as new may receive partial refunds or be refused.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
• Warehouse Deals
• Deal of the Week promotions
• Clearance items
• Any item marked Final Sale
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 3–5 business days for processing
Banks and credit card providers may require additional time to post refunds.
Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
Customers must contact Aces Racing first to resolve any order issues before filing a payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks or returns may result in:
• Order refusal
• Account restriction
• Reporting to fraud prevention services

• Reason for return
• Tracking number once the return has shipped
Returns sent without notification may delay processing.
Packaging Requirements
To prevent damage during return shipping:
• Use the original packaging whenever possible
• Ensure items are securely packed
• Remove all brackets from seats prior to shipment
• Do not ship seats in alternate boxes
Improperly packaged returns that arrive damaged may receive reduced refunds or be refused.
