LOST PACKAGE? Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We are unable to locate packages that have been lost after 24 hours of delivery. If you often have your packages stolen, please send them to an address where someone will be able to receive your order.

Returns and Exchanges 

We get it, returns happen and that is why we offer Hassle Free Returns. We offer a 30 Day return policy, all we ask is that the item is in the original packaging and in new condition (subject to 25% restocking fee if item is not in new, unused condition). We even cover all shipping associated with returns and exchanges* that is how confident we are in our products.  Simply submit the form below and someone will be in contact with you via email as soon as possible. All exchanges will be shipped back to the customer within 2-3 business days of receiving the item. All refunds are given within the same form of Payment (Paypal, Amazon Payments, Cash, etc.).  We refund the amount immediately after receiving the item, but sometimes it will take a few days for your bank to see the transaction.
