Care Information

To keep your Aces Racing Apex Suspension Seats looking and performing their best:

• Clean regularly using mild soap, warm water, and a soft cloth or brush.
• Wipe away mud, dirt, sand, salt, and other debris as soon as possible.
• Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, solvents, abrasive cleaners, and pressure washers, as they may damage the vinyl, stitching, or seat materials.
• Allow the seats to air-dry completely before covering or storing the vehicle.
• Do not leave the seats exposed to prolonged moisture or standing water.
• When the vehicle is not in use, store it indoors or use a protective cover to reduce exposure to sunlight, rain, and extreme weather.
• Periodically inspect the mounting hardware, seat frame, suspension cords, vinyl, and stitching. Tighten loose hardware and replace any damaged or worn components before use.
• Avoid placing sharp objects, tools, or heavy items on the seats.

Apex Suspension Seats are manufactured with durable marine-grade vinyl, but proper cleaning and protection will help extend their appearance and service life.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

Orders are shipped by ground service through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and package size. A signature is not normally required.

Please use a delivery address with a safe, secure location for packages and make sure someone is available to receive the shipment when possible. Aces Racing is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.

Please inspect and locate your package promptly after delivery. Any missing, damaged, or delivery-related issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of the carrier’s delivery confirmation so we can assist with the claim process.
